I offer nutrition coaching on how to create healthy eating habits - and how to use food and nutrition to promote health. Effective direction leads to inspirational results. Basically, I can help you bridge the gap between knowing WHAT to eat, and not knowing HOW to make those choices daily. Together, we can find your healthy nutrition goals and put into practice the behavioral change strategies that will enable you to reach those goals.  These are some areas I can assist you with: calorie management, food selection, grocery shopping strategies, healthy cooking skills, food timing, healthy mindset, and healthy lifestyle choices.  Let's start the journey to a healthier you today!

As an ISSA Certified Weight Management Specialist, I have a client-centered approach to a very complex issue:  the physical, mental, and emotional factors that affect a person's ability to lose or maintain weight loss. I also have a passion for improving the quality of my client's lives far beyond what happens in the gym. Equipped with the knowledge of how the body gains and loses weight, how to estimate caloric expenditure versus caloric needs - and most importantly, how to apply techniques for behavioral change - I am able to help you reach your goals and establish healthier habits. Let me assist you in transforming your lifestyle, and improving your physique as well as your overall health. Together, and working with the best tools to develop a balanced, results-focused nutrition and exercise program - we can construct a safe, effective, and sustainable weight management plan.

Group Coaching for Weight Loss

Do you need to lose 10 or more pounds? Do you have friends and family who also need to lose weight? Would you like to support each other in losing that weight for real? The Group Weight Loss Challenge is a weight loss program designed to help individuals jump-start their fitness. The Challenge is a 12-week long program, in which the goal is to lose 10 pounds or more within that time frame. Each challenger has a specific goal to achieve to reach their “goal weight.”

The Challenge includes 6 one-on-one 30-minute personal trainer sessions per participant, where we will design personalized workout plans, follow up on their progress, and make adjustments if necessary.  It also includes access to my live-streamed classes, nutritional guidance, support, and accountability. All participants also have access to a 12-session online nutrition workshop, included as part of the challenge - to help figure out their long-term nutrition plan, get a better understanding of the important role nutrition plays in promoting health, and to get educated on how to achieve their nutrition goals.

Challengers will receive online support through 12 weekly Q&A live calls, plus a private Facebook group created for the 12-week challengers only.

Minimum 4 participants, maximum 10.

STRONG Nation® is a HIIT workout that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardioplyometric training, and martial arts inspired moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.  In each class, you'll burn calories while toning your arms, legs, abs, and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing

STRONG Nation Personal Coaching has a more personalized approach, for one on one or 2-3 person groups. This new format gives you more motivation, more corrections to the alignment and positioning of your body, and more direction than a group exercise class.

Fitness and Wellness Retreats

We run affordable, ladies-only retreats in boutique venues through our affiliate traveling fitness studio Yoga Dance in Paradise.  A few times a year, we go to gorgeous Mexican and Iberian (Spain and Portugal) destinations.  The experience includes delicious healthy food, and guided cultural, archeological, ecological, and cuisine exploration trips - all as part of the retreat activities!

The retreat consists of a variety of dance fitness, fitness yoga, and other fitness classes, as well as workshops in nutrition and a healthy mindset.  It is an opportunity for you to kickstart your fitness, wellness, and/or weight loss journey!  Afterward, you'll have the choice to continue your transformation in health through our coaching services online, with a special discounted package. In addition to providing you with a relaxing break from your busy life, we are passionate about giving you the chance to try something new in an exciting location. Come share your uniqueness, and bond with other women in a small group setting - our groups are limited to 10-15 persons.

Whether it is a mother/daughter getaway, sisters, best friends, or co-workers, we offer group discounts.  For example, if three generations are coming, grandma gets to enjoy the retreat for free!  Come with your friends and/or your family, or come by yourself.  We are an inclusive, and judgment-free space intended for real women, who deserve a break.  We want to provide an affordable option for the gals who truly need a retreat the most. To top it off, our venues provide the perfect backdrop of stunning natural beauty, and a peaceful environment to reconnect with yourself.
